1 cup brown rice cooked
1 cup black beans
1/2 Avocado
1/1 beetroot chopped
1 teaspoon molasses
1 tablespoon BBQ sauce
1/2 onion
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/3 cup bread crumbs
*Optional chopped chili pepper
Directions
Add all ingredients in food processor and blend well. Roll mixture and firmly pat into desired patty size.
Put a dash of olive oil in pan and wait to get hot. Add Patty's and grill for 5-7 minutes on each side and heated though.
Fix with your desired condiments and serve!
